The programme will focus on three areas to help implement headline Net Zero commitments consistent with objectives of speed, cost-effectiveness, and equity:1. Policy and institutional capacity development, reforms, and frameworks to align with the Glasgow Climate Pact.2. Supply of finance measures, particularly around effective use of carbon pricing, to accelerate flows into mitigation and adaptation projects.3.
