Description:
Tenders are invited for Removal and replacement flat roof areas including insulation, flashings, rear of parapet and copings. Areas of replacement roof deck and clearing out roof void. Repairs to siphonic rainwater system, works to bracketry, replacement outlets and pipework. Associated builders work. Installation of additional gravity-fed rainwater outlets to existing gutter and new downpipes and connection into existing. New permanent roof access walkway and ladders and alterations/extension to existing roof fall restraint system. Redecoration of rendered elevations and replacement wall cladding. New bird protection. Provision of Contractors compound, all temporary works for scaffold, access, hoarding, traffic and pedestrian management.
