Description : The Authority is considering placing a contract for the design, supply and support of a mobile, rugged Command, Control, Communications, Computing and Information System (C4IS) that will provide and enhance a user's situational awareness during Mobility Operations. The system will be required to interface with a government furnished Data Entry Device and a variety of in-service communication equipment. Furthermore, the complete integrated system shall be a 'Walk on Fit' capability for ease of mobility and fitting onto in-service vehicles by military personnel.The Authority will require assistance with the preparation of a safety case including provision of all relevant documentation to certify compliance with applicable regulations and the identification of hazards relevant to the intended environment. A full suite of Army Equipment Support Publications will also be required.The system will be required to handle SECRET data with full security accreditation.
