This notice is updated with the DRAFT requirements for the potential Delivery Partner 2 (DP2) procurement. Please note that the following requirements are in DRAFT form, and are attached to this notice.

The purpose of sharing these DRAFT requirements is to inform DESNZ's understanding of the market's perception. Feedback is requested solely via the Microsoft Forms Questionnaire included in the "DP2 Draft Requirements Supplier Questionnaire" document attached to this notice - further information can be found in that attached document.

Any responses received as part of this engagement will not be evaluated as part of a tender response and will not prejudice any involvement in a future procurement process.

The Authority reserves the right:
• To amend these requirements in advance of the formal ITT publication, which will be no earlier than May 2025;
• Not to proceed with the DP2 procurement.

Suppliers are not entitled to claim from the Authority any costs or expenses that you may incur if you decide to start preparing your tender.
