The Common Services Agency (more commonly known as National Services Scotland) (NSS) are acting on behalf of NHS Ayrshire & Arran, NHS Dumfries & Galloway, NHS Forth Valley and NHS Lanarkshire are seeking expressions of interest from parties capable of assisting in the achievement of our sustainability goals and net-zero carbon initiatives. This will be accomplished by reducing energy costs and developing income generation schemes for the Health Boards through fully funded (capital) technological solutions.Please note that this PIN is being issued to inform the market of the boards potential procurement plans and gain understanding of market capabilities which may inform the development of a procurement strategy/procurement documents with suppliers who can provide fully funded solutions with no financial capital expenditure required from the Health Boards.
