Cpu 3995 - Nottingham City Council - Independent Medical Assessments To The Mobility Smart Card Scheme
Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified providers to deliver independent medical assessments for Mobility Smart Card Scheme applicants. The contract duration will be for 3+1+1 years due to commence in October 2021. The contract value is estimated to be approximately £25,000 per annum with an allowance for an approximate potential backlog of assessments of a further £25,000 (potential £150,000 total contract value including extensions). This contract will be let under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
