The development of Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (CPPA) presents a significant opportunity for NHS Scotland to procure renewable energy solutions in order to meet our sustainability goals in the decarbonisation of our NHSS estate.To support this transition to renewable energy sources, the Authority has set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
