- Renfrewshire Council currently operates the Framework for Transportation (RC-CPU-20-385), which is due to expire in January 2026. This framework allows Renfrewshire Council to purchase transportation for children with Additional Support Needs (ASN) through taxi and bus operators awarded to the framework, as well as some ad-hoc requirements as necessary.Renfrewshire Council is now working on a new arrangement for these services. The new arrangement will cover ASN buses and taxis as well as any ad-hoc bus and taxi requirements.Mainstream requirements will continue to be procured through SPT.
