- LBH Joint Commissioning is seeking to commission specialist homeless and mental health supported accommodation services for vulnerable adults in Hounslow.
The Service will support Clients with a range of complex needs with the aim of moving on to live independently in the community.
These services will provide vital support and accommodation for Hounslow residents with complex needs who are homeless, at risk of crisis and/or need step down from a higher level of mental health support, with the aim of supporting them to move on to live as independently as possible in the community.
The services will operate across a number of different buildings in Hounslow and will be split into two separate Lots.
