- The works entail the provision of Construction Gangs (either 2 or 3 person gangs) with suitable transportation (3.5 Tonne Tipper vehicles) to undertake various highway related construction schemes on the highway network within the Vale of Glamorgan. The schemes will be identified through the Council's Construction and Development section, and all works (if required) will be set-out and supervised by one of our Design Engineers, Project Managers or Construction Supervisors.
