Description : East Suffolk Council wishes to procure the services of specialist and suitably experienced contractor/s to undertake conservation repair works to the exterior of the Grade II Listed Former Post Office, 51 London Road North, Lowestoft. A full schedule of requirements will be made available when the RFT is live October 2021, however an emerging list of works required include the following: • construction of scaffold around the listed building• repair and refurbishment of the existing windows to the Listed building (circa 44 windows at first and second floor. This element may form a separate contract with an earlier start than the main contract.
