On the 31st March 2021 Kent County Council (KCC) and Kent and Medway CCG (K&M CCG) held a workshop for providers regarding the future contracts for Specialist Post Diagnostic Support for People with Dementia and their Families.The presentation and recordings from this workshop can be accessed by expressing an interest in this advert, and then logging in to the portal, where the documents will be available to download as attachments.
