Abstract: Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, (“the Council, Lead Council”, Lead Authority”) and Caerphilly County Borough Council (hereafter referred to as ‘the Council-) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced consultants who can provide expertise and knowledge in the area of low carbon technology and community energy projects to be able to undertake energy audits of community buildings (approximately 30 consisting of Community Centres, Rugby club, Community Hall, Changing Pavillion these are for example purposes only) and farms (approximately 10) and provide a whole area opportunity map for collaborative energy generation.
