Mae-r Cynllun wedi derbyn dau werthusiad ers ei fodolaeth, un ar ddiwedd y flwyddyn gyntaf (2017-18) a-r ail ar ddiwedd y drydydd flwyddyn (2019-20).Dylai-r gwerthusiad asesu effaith y cynllun, gan ganolbwyntio ar effeithiolrwydd y cynllun wrth ymateb i heriau megis y pandemig, heriau cyllidol a disgwyliadau cyflogwyr amrywiol. Dylai-r gwerthusiad hefyd archwilio beth all dyfodol y cynllun fod, ac os oes unrhyw rwystrau i gyflawni-r potensial.Bu i-r gwerthusiad diwethaf adnabod mai un o gryfderau y cynllun oedd ei waith partneriaethol, ac un o-r cynlluniau hynny sydd wedi datblygu llawer yw-r cydweitho gyda-r sector Gofal Plant ac Addysg Blynyddoedd Cynnar.
