- The London Borough of Hackney invites bids for the refurbishment of Clissold Park and Hackney Downs Park depots. The works include hybrid construction methods incorporating off-site prefabrication and traditional on-site assembly, delivering sustainable, energy-efficient facilities. Improvements include structural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades, enhanced welfare facilities, and environmental sustainability features such as air source heat pumps and photovoltaic panels.
