The eleven (11) Contracting Authorities across both West & East Midlands are seeking to re-procure new contracts for their clinical waste collection and disposal services for both General Practice (GP) and Community Pharmacy (CP) sites across their individual ICB geographical footprints, via a competitive flexible procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. The eleven (11) Contracting Authorities are seeking to tender eleven (11) new contracts/lots.
