The University are hosting a Pre-Market engagement event for the re-procurement for the provision of Cleaning Services, South Campus: The required service is: Out of hours cleaning and day-time janitorial services - South Campus South Campus Cleaning - Approx value £2,487,639 Per annum Appointment of 1 Contractor Scope: General Cleaning Includes internal out of hours cleaning and day time janitorial support for all academic / administration / and research buildings. Excludes Halls of Residence and Student Houses. Includes the supply of all consumable products including paper supplies. Includes cleaning duties within identified 'Green' risk areas (labs etc). Excludes cleaning duties within any higher 'Amber' or 'Red' risk areas. The objectives for the event are; Allow the University to provide an overview of the requirements of the contract. Gauge and generate interest around the contract opportunity and assess the supplier's ability to support the indicative timelines. Obtain feedback and answer any questions on the requirement as currently defined.
