Scope of works
The Council wishes to commission the design and construction of a new crematorium, including associated hard and soft landscaping.
The project includes installation of 2nr specialist electric cremators and supply of a dedicated substation.
The Council is proposing to adopt a Two Stage Tender process, with a preferred
Contractor engaged following the completion of this First Stage Tender under a
Pre-Construction Services Agreement for the delivery of pre-construction services,
and ultimately the appointment under a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016
edition for the design and construction of the works.
