Description : Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking to commission a Young People's Mental Health Digital Support Service in Somerset for people aged between 11 and 19 (or up to 25 for children looked after and care leavers).The Commissioner has a budget of £160,000 annum. The total contract value for the 3 year Contract is £480,000.
