Prosiect partneriaeth yw hon a ddatblygwyd ar y cyd gan Ardal o Harddwch Naturiol Eithriadol Bryniau Clwyd a Dyffryn Dyfrdwy, Safle Treftadaeth y Byd Dyfrbont a Chamlas Pontcysyllte, Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam, Cyngor Sir Ddinbych, Cyngor Sir Amwythig, Ymddiriedolaeth Camlesi ac Afonydd, Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, Cadw, Cadwyn Clwyd, a Chyfeillion Bryniau Clwyd a Dyffryn Dyfrdwy. Mae-r prosiect yn canolbwyntio ar dirwedd Dyffryn Dyfrdwy a Safle Treftadaeth y Byd Dyfrbont Pontcysyllte a-r GamlasMae Castell Dinas Brân yn olygfa eiconig yn Nyffryn Dyfrdwy, castell Cymraeg a-i hadeiladwyd yng nghanol yr 13eg ganrif, mae-n denu 50,000 o ymwelwyr bob blwyddyn.
