Abstract: Cardiff Distillery are seeking quotes for the following pipework which will allow a canning line to be fully functional.Pipework requirementsWatermains feed around the distillery run in 28mm pipe 130 meter run with 10 tees with isolatorsCO2 pipework -supply, install, test (8 bar) and commission the following:28mm copper pipework running at high level from a liquid CO2 tank 120 meter run and install 7 of down drops in 15mm copper, with 7 CO2 regulator/outlet points.Steam Pipework in 2 inch insulated stainless steel 10 meters, 4 meters steam pipework for steam injector, 6 meter condensate pipe work stainless steel 1 inchCooling tower to pasteuriser hydraulic water hoses flow and return about 16 meters 4 inch pipes.Compressed air supply- manifold for 10 outlets the pipework across the distillery run in 12mm plastic with isolators circa 200 metersBrewery hoses with tri clamp fittings:6 x 2 meter hoses4 x 30 meter hoses4 x 0.5 meter hose10 x 3 meter hose - Documents:
