- Project Description:- NIE wishes to appoint Consultants to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of Engineering, Data, Strategy and Management Services. This will be appointed to 7 lots, with up to 5 suppliers appointed to each Lot, which includes: Lot 1 - Innovation & Engineering Lot 2 - Telecommunications Lot 3 - Network Data Analysis Lot 4 - DSO Architecture, Energy & Economics Lot 5 - Asset Strategy & Optimisation Lot 6 - Low Carbon Modelling and Consumer Insights Lot 7 - Tariff Design, Reform & Network Further information is outlined in Appendix F - Description of Services
