- Tenders are invited for NI Water are required to undertake an Omnibus survey annually to determine consumer satisfaction, based on a representative sample of NI Consumers and to include consumers who contact/don-t contact NI Water to report service issues or request services. This will also measure the awareness of NI Water-s Customer Care Register.
