- Tenders are invited for The Client has had an active leakage control policy for many years. It has in place a leakage business plan to take forward leakage activities. The level of leakage has been reduced from 291 Ml/d at March 2002 to 153.5 Ml/d at September 2024. As per the Utility Regulator-s Price Control 2021 “PC21” determination for the period from April 2021 to March 2027 it is proposed to reduce the level of leakage to 150 Ml/d. Through this Contract the Client intends to supplement the existing in-house resources and the primary leakage support contract (C1175) for the detection of unreported leaks in the water distribution network.
