- BHC is seeking to appoint a Provider to manage and operate the Tramshed. The Provider will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and compliance of the premises to align with legal and regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The Provider will play a key role in ensuring a safe, high-quality living environment and maximising revenue through securing tenants.
There is a site visit scheduled for Tuesday 13th May at 10:30am. Full details are included in the attachment titled Site Visit Information and bidders must confirm attendance via the messaging section - confirming attendance is a requirement for health & safety reasons.
BHC believes that TUPE applies to this project. In order to access anonymised TUPE information, bidders must provide a signed copy of the attached NDA.
