Description : Selwood Housing has identified a requirement to undertake Bathroom installation works throughout its stock. To address a working installation programme Selwood Housing is seeking to appoint a single suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver a programme of bathroom installation and upgrades. A survey will be carried by Selwood housing to agree the layout of the new bathroom as agreed with the customer. Selwood Housing will provide materials as part of this contract. Selwood will provide the following materials for a refurbishment which will consist of the Bath and bath panel or tray and enclosure, WHB and pedestal L/L Toilet or C/C toilet, taps and wastes, electric shower unit or thermostatic mixer shower valve and tenant's choice of ceramic tiles and Vinyl sheet floor cut to size allowing 100mm waste for width and length. These will be delivered to the successful contractor's premises. All other materials to complete the refurbishment will be supplied by the contractor - i.e., all pipe, fittings, fixings, adhesives, silicon's, and all Sundry items to finish a full refurbishment all items to be to British standards.
