Description:
Luton Borough Council is looking to engage suitably qualified, experienced and professional organisations to undertake some preliminary market engagement in order for us to scope a potential requirement for the recommissioning of a statutory contract for Healthwatch Provision.

The Engagement would provide an opportunity for providers to outline the services they can deliver, thereby informing the development of our service specification.

This event will also outline our requirements, the tender process (Including how to sign up/access the procurement portal), provide some guidance on Social Value and provide an opportunity for some Q&A.

At the expiration of the expression of Interest window, we would send out the presentation and a Template with questions prior to that would be returned prior to the event date.

Please confirm your attendance via the messaging portal on Proactis, and confirm with the email address of who will be attending the event. Please note the event will be held via teams, and a teams invite will be sent out prior to the event.
