The Project.
This project focuses on restoring the boating lake and improving its biodiversity as the most significant natural heritage feature in the park. It will repair the main structure; introduce new planting, access improvements, interpretation and wetland habitats; upgrade the Boathouse to incorporate WiFi and a mobility hub and upgrade the bathing hut. It will also enable a sustained return of boating to the lake and increase commercial resilience.
