- Shropshire Council, in partnership with the ICB, is seeking to commission a new preventative services contract aimed at supporting Shropshire residents aged 18 and over. This contract will adopt a preventative approach, delivering a variety of place-based, community-led initiatives designed to promote healthy lifestyles, address inequalities, and provide early interventions that enhance residents' health and well-being. In doing so, it aims to reduce reliance on statutory services. The Local Authority intends to structure the contract around three themed lots, with an emphasis on strong collaborative working.
