Description : The Ministry of Justice is seeking expressions of interest from providers for the future provision of individual, fitted portable monitoring equipment/technology with alcohol monitoring functionality and potential other functionality such as curfew monitoring or substance monitoring for use within England and Wales.This notice is to inform the market that the Authority intends to carry out market analysis of the Electronic Monitoring Hardware and Monitoring Data Services Market with the objective to enter into a competition or competitions at a later date. The Authority intends for this market analysis to review solutions in relation to the supply of potential hardware to work synergistically with its current and future Electronic Monitoring systems. The Authority currently deploys devices including anklets and wristbands, and associated infrastructure, firmware and software.
