The service will include all equipment and services to deliver ozone projects from conception through to successful completion as detailed below; • Site assessment and data collection • Design • Supply of ozone generators and associated auxiliary equipment • Installation • Integration with existing plant, controls, SCADA • Minor civil works • Cranage and lifting of equipment • Testing • Commissioning • Optimisation • Performance trials • Certification • Compliance with statutory and industry standards • Provision of O and M manuals, instructions, drawings and information • Personnel training • Warranty provision • Routine Servicing • Provision of replacement parts for 5 years maintenance • Proactive / Reactive maintenance Please see the PQQ CfT and draft specification for further information.
