This Planned procurement notice is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO is looking to establish a national framework for the supply and fitting of tyres for cars, LCVs, HGVs and plant and the supply of related ancillary services, including puncture repairs and wheel balancing.

The framework is expected to be divided into 3 lots:

Lot 1. Light vehicle tyres (premium, mid-range & budget)
Lot 2. Heavy vehicle tyres (premium, mid-range and budget/remould for steer, driving and trailer) and plant tyres (premium and budget)
Lot 3. Services (for light vehicles, heavy vehicles and plant)

The duration of the framework agreement is expected to be for 24 months, with the option to extend for up to a further 24 ...
